My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to Rigga metro station and various shops, but the noise from the pub downstairs could be disruptive. The rooms were in need of serious cleaning and fumigation, with tiny insects found in the drawer. Improving the internet speed is a must. The service was friendly overall, although there were instances of rudeness. The dining experience was substandard, but the hotel offered world-famous seasoned fries that were enjoyable. Despite some drawbacks, the reasonable price made the stay somewhat acceptable.
